We also have a handful of different snacks (freshly baked pizzas, IJsbroers ice cream, chips, marshmallows, mix, warm nachos with a dip).
We always strive to deliver quality. This is reflected in our collaboration with our caterer, the IJsbroers, and all other products we offer. Yet, we offer this quality at democratic prices so that it is feasible for every group. We are always here for you!
ATTENTION! Pizzas are always in stock, but the burgers, hot dogs, and BBQ formulas are FRESHLY picked up from the caterer, as well as the sandwiches and piccolos. We do not have these in stock. Give us a call during your reservation, and we will ensure that you are served top products!

If you’re looking for something extra, we’re happy to serve you a Hotdog DeLuxe! Sauces are always available to choose from, so everyone can find their favorite flavor or simply enjoy it in its pure form! :-)

*During your reservation, you can specify your catering preferences. However, if you change the quantities, please notify us immediately so that we can adjust your order. If we do not receive any changes, the order will be executed and billed!

You can use both the bar and the terrace before or after your session. If you need assistance with anything or want a drink, just ask one of our staff members, and they will be happy to help you!
If you bring your own cake, you are of course welcome to enjoy it on our terraces. However, if you wish to eat indoors, we ask for a small additional fee to cover preparation and cleanup afterward (setting up tables, tablecloths, any heating, washing up, and tidying).
Do you have some items you'd prefer to store securely? We provide free lockers for your convenience!
Do you want to treat your birthday star to some cake? You can do that with us! We provide a fridge free of charge, and you can, either before or after your session, take a moment to sit down and serve your group some sweets. Other items like hotdogs, hamburgers, or BBQs can be ordered when you make your reservation! Snacks (pizza, mixed snack platters, ice cream, warm nachos) are always in stock and can be served at any time.
We can offer various types of sandwiches in a variety of packages. Sandwiches can always be provided.
In collaboration with local caterers, we can also provide BBQ, paella, tapas, and/or dessert. We'd be happy to prepare a separate quote for you for these catering services! In the case of catering services, we will also require a deposit, which will be stated in the quote.
IMPORTANT! Paella and tapas can only be confirmed after agreement with the local caterer!
BBQ is always available at our place and can be arranged for groups ranging from 8 to 150 people.

Craving a hot, crispy pizza? We offer various types from BBQ chicken to vegetarian options. They are freshly baked on-site so faster than that, can't be delivered! :-) €14.
Need some extra time to gather, give a presentation, have a quiet discussion, or even spend the night?
Certainly, you can relax and have a chat in our bar. We offer a beamer and sound to assist you. We can also provide tables and chairs or standing tables as you prefer.
Do you wish to hold a meeting over an extended period? You are, of course, still welcome at The Gathering! However, it can be convenient to have a separate space if desired. That’s why we collaborate with the Elewijt Center.
Elewijt Center
Located just 5 minutes and a few kilometers away from The Gathering, they have ample parking and a wide range of meeting rooms for various group sizes. If desired, they can also provide breakfast and beverages. If you don't feel like driving late at night, you can even reserve a hotel room! We'd be happy to provide a quote for this.
Lithium, Bed Zen Breakfast
This superb bed and breakfast is within walking distance of The Gathering and provides a peaceful oasis right next to the canal between Mechelen and Leuven. In addition to a meeting room, they also offer relaxation and overnight stay options.
