For those of you who may have been to our place many times, you probably already know how things work at our establishment. However, for those considering a visit for the first time, we'll briefly describe what you can expect from us!

    It starts with your booking... 

    Due to the high level of activity, reservations at The Gathering can only be made online. This allows us to avoid accidentally missing an appointment and ensures that we immediately have all the necessary information to let the rest of our system run smoothly. For example, a few days before your event you will automatically receive an email from our system asking you to provide the first and last names of all participants for insurance purposes.

    We will also send you an email with more practical information, such as what time you should arrive at The Gathering, whether you will receive a coverall and protective goggles, etc.
    In addition, you can immediately provide all your details if you require an invoice or if you would like catering for your event.

    Which dates are still available? How do I book?

    Through our Booking page, you can easily check online for available dates and times in just one simple step: Choose the activity (including location) for which you want to check availability. Once you make a selection, a calendar will appear on the screen. Dates that are in black and bold are clickable (indicating they are still available). When you click on a date, it will display the available time slots for that day. Please note that this does not constitute a booking. To make an actual booking, click further on the specific time slot you desire and then click on the "Continue" button. This calendar is continuously updated with each reservation, ensuring it is always up to date. For most bookings, there is no need to make an advance payment unless you are booking a teambuilding event with catering. In that case, we will contact you personally!

    Your arrival

    We expect your group to arrive about fifteen minutes before the start of your gaming session. We always aim to start and finish on time. So, you don't need to arrive much earlier because you will likely have to wait a bit. If you do arrive earlier, that's not a problem. You can have a drink and a meal, exchange gifts, or boost each other's spirits while waiting for your session, either outside on the terrace or inside the cafeteria.
    If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that you can play for two hours as there might be a group right after you! So be in time!!

     If you are the organizing parent or friend, please introduce yourself to one of our guides. They will be wearing orange T-shirts and will inform you about the guide assigned to your session, so you'll know who to contact.

    How does your activity proceed? 

    Once your session begins, we'll start by explaining how the equipment works, go over the terrain, safety procedures, start and stop signals, and so on. Then, we'll commence the games. For lasershooting, each game lasts a maximum of 20 to 25 minutes, while paintball games may vary in duration. In any case, for both activities, each game is preceded by an explanation, and after the game, you can receive some tips and tricks from our guides to improve your skills for the next round! The games progressively become more challenging, and teamwork becomes increasingly important!

    Free lockers and fridge available for our guests

    During your visit, you can also make use of free lockers to store your valuables, as well as a refrigerator to keep your cake. The lockers are secured with a self-chosen 4-digit code. No coins are required to use or activate the lockers.

    Breaks, food and drinks

    Between two games, there is always a (short) break. For lasershooting, we need this time to configure the next game, and for paintball, it's the moment to refill your paintballs and air supply. Of course, you can also take a break to grab a bite to eat or have a drink. We offer artisanal ice cream from IJSBROERS, freshly baked pizzas, warm nachos with a dip of your choice, mixed snack platter , and marshmallows at The Gathering! Upon request, you can also enjoy hotdogs or hamburgers and hotdogs DeLuxe. More info can be found on our catering page.


    Before or after your session, we invite you to hang around with us for a while to enjoy some food or drinks, exchange presents, or discuss about your wild adventures at The Gathering!

    How can I pay?

    We do not require any advance payments unless you are organizing a team-building event with catering. If that's the case, we will contact you personally. This way, it's not a problem if a sporty uncle wants to join at the last minute or if someone falls ill or cannot come for some reason. The bill will be settled after the activity.

    Payment can be made with cash, through Payconiq, or via bank transfer. We do not have a card payment terminal.
